I just started going to Elements this past spring and itâs been one of the most positive experiences Iâve had! Robert is the kindest person! He really listens and collaborates with my ideas. Heâs willing to go for daring new looks. He and his staff, Carolina and Juliette are so warm and friendly! I feel very welcome. They greet me like a friend, offer up coffee and water. They are very professional. You can tell they enjoy working with one another and tag team very efficiently. Iâve loved every haircut Iâve gotten there. It feels like a luxury salon at reasonable prices.And Robert is so fun to talk with!

I just had my hair cut at elements, and itâs awesome! The hair stylist was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable, and he made my hair look amazing! The place is also very clean and everyone made sure to follow all guidelines to keep me safe.

Unfortunately Juan left and the replacement hairdresser (woman with partial shaved head with bun on top) was incredibly rude to me and to the hairdresser who did my hair. While my hairdresser was doing my roots she demanded she stops doing my roots in the middle of the process to pick up the phone and talk to a client waiting at the front desk. I donât know why she couldnât do it herself. That meant only part of my scalp would have had color while she was would have been helping other customers. So I defended my hairdresser who wasnât comfortable stopping in the middle of the process saying It is good she is not helping other customers right now so my color can be done properly. The woman responded rudely and shut me off and was condescending to my Spanish speaking hairdresser. I couldnât believe it. I told her I wonât come back. She says: âthatâs fineâ. And then denied she had been rude. Anyways â this is not the place you want to get your hair done honestly. Life is too short to get such bad treatment. They must have booked too many appointments all at once and then canât handle the volume.

Upon entering, Robert , the owner is so hospitable, very warm and inviting. He is an expert in the business! He has achieved his success on his own and deserves to every cent! It felt like I was in Dubai! The staff is pleasant as well. Total pampering upon entry. Gabriela is great! She is not only an expert colorist but can definitely style and textures hair so wellâ¦a good hairstylist does that with ease! Thatâs Gabriela! My hair didnât smell like fire even after a shampoo. My hair was not split , it was well conditioned, smooth and healthy and i had highlights on full head!!!.Thanks to Gabriela! I didnât mind paying for a job well done! Iâm worth it and so is Elements! Highly recommend to anyone!â No more around the way salons for me!
